I had to go and get it corrected to use my card. i called up customer service and they told me that there was this error done by the Sam's club store employee. *later on during the following week i was trying to buy and it wouldn't allow me with my membership card. I went to Sams Club Customer care and the staff by mistake reported it stolen and issued me a temporary card which i was not aware as she said my name is corrected. and when i went to buy after a week i noticed my name was spelled wrong. Sams club issued my club membership ship card. I had purchased Sam's club Membership through groupon.
